Dr. Gebrelul was wonderful. He provided an excellent overview of my knee issues while pointing them out on the X-ray and my options, and took his time to answer all of my questions clearly and concisely. While I have not decided on my surgery yet, he is clearly a skilled surgeon who is genuinely interested in his patients.

Your app is quite confusing WRT setting up an account. Your staff was very helpful, but should not have been necessary. It turns out that the URL in your text message was not correct. Your staff had the manually enter the correct URL.
