The intake form was very time consuming. I wish I could have filled it out prior to my appointment. I was in a lot of back pain and it made it worse. Not really but I couldn’t concentrate due to pain.

The front desk staff is amiable and helpful, as was the X-ray technician. The medical staff is well informed and provides useful advice on hold to manage my diagnosis.
