Carlos who made my appointment was so nice and caring what a pleasure to speak to someone so kind .The nurse who greeted me very nice and warm and kind .Loved Karess the PA so glad I got an appointment with her , she was knowledgeable, thorough, I did not feel rushed , she has excellent bed side manners .

Dr Ghandi is an amazing doctor …. He listens well and is skilled in addressing each of the problems I’ve brought to his attention. He did carpal tunnel surgery for both wrists and they are like new! He also helped with a broken finger that needed extra attention to heal. I highly recommend him and the Anderson clinic.

Your messages to me start with “Hey Morse,” my last name. It’s like being back in middle school. I don’t like it. It’s unnecessarily difficult to schedule appointments — phone calls are not answered and promised callbacks are not made. Your online checkin process is cumbersome. It requires me to scroll through pages of questions asking for information that you already have — as if I were contacting you for the first time. Dr. Nagda is great, but your patient-facing online systems are not ready for prime time.

This entire experience from my initial meeting with Dr MaCasy through preop prep/info to surgery at Harborside to all the follow up has been exceptional! Plus learning of the Research Institute and is mission confirmed I've again that the care and concern for every patients best outcome is the priority.
