Very friendly, helpful staff

The check-in process is extremely annoying because I receive it too close to my appointment date and time to give my data a review. E.g., Sunday afternoon check in request for Monday 8:30 a.m. appointment. So I have stopped doing online check in because it is annoying.

Scheduler wasn't very engaged, New? Have they sourced out their scheduling to people sitting at home? At the front desk you don't know where to go with 4 people sitting there, and when one speaks you don't know which one it is. Not very nicely greeted, not rude just not very forthcoming or friendly at all.

Dr. Azer is outstanding!

Physician was very thorough, she explained everything in detail to the fullest in laymen terms, I didn't have to figure out anything, she was very clear, I really like her and she didn't rush at all, matter of fact she checked twice to be sure, it appears all of the specialist at your clinic are very thorough, I've had knee replacement Dr Fricka, my shoulder Dr Hubbard an they all are really awesome, I recommend your clinic to the world.

Keep up the good work! Everyone from the ladies at check in to the doctors were amazing. They were kind, communicative and explained in great detail the results they found from the visit. Just an all around great experience.
