She introduced me to Dr Azer, the Orthopedic Surgeon, who did an exam of my knee and explained the knee surgery in terms I could understand. Ebony, was kind and explained the surgery scheduling process and was able to fit me in early based on an unexpected cancellation. Thank you so much, it is greatly appreciated.
