Both the PA and Doctor I saw took the necessary time to listen to my concerns and comments, and their responses took those comments/ concerns into consideration.

Kristin Carlini is fantastic! She is compassionate, a good listener, and helped me feel better and more confident about my care.

The provider was not aware that the prescription required prior authorization, it was only for celebrex, so i wouldn't think so either. BUT this has caused a delay of 5 days before starting the meds because my appt. Was on Friday and was told about the prior authorization requirements that afternoon by CVS.

This was a fantastic Clinic. Im throughly impressed, and I very much understand why scheduling is difficult to get into such a great office.

Staff and doctor very cordial and professional. Recommended PT led to improvement did not resolve issue. Doctor said alternate treatment options may be needed. I plan to follow up within a couple months.. very pleased with doctor and his staff.
