Dr Branch took time to explain the problem and the resolution. It was like talking to a trusted friend. He took time to answer all of my questions without rushing to his next appointment.

I had to remind staff that I needed X-rays for upcoming surgery. Then was told I need CT scans ASAP. Post-op follow-up was made on wrong date and needed to be changed. Consultation fee should have been discussed earlier, came as a surprise. Visit seemed a bit rushed. I like my doctor and am willing to tolerate some disorganization. I’m a retired nurse, so I can live with it. But some other elderly patients may need more time to be spent with them.
