Couldn’t work with your portal to do early check-in. Also, sitting in the waiting area, I could hear what was going on in the treatment rooms. Soundproofing needed.

The new web appt scheduling tool just doesn't work. The slate signin and records update can be made smarter e.g when filling in a multi word name or street address (Lower Waterloo Road( the field intelligence should know to auto capitalize each subsequent word). Also when signing in, the system asks for DOB and Last Name... The internal system places suffix like JR to the "last name" field, of which I am one... Resulting in "no match to our records" as I didn't enter JR.... Make suffix a separate field or ignore that data when matching. The patient reason for visit and history uses too much medical terminology in the characterizing options for why I want my knee looked at.
