Staff very professional and friendly

I live in Florida but enjoy the care and relationships I have with Casey and Dr. Azer very much. I can't imagine going to another orthopedic facility. I travel up for some appointments and do virtual option for others.

The staff is friendly and courteous. The facility was clean

I know the doctors get busy, but if they could’ve called me to let me know they were running that far behind it would’ve been appreciated. I didn’t get in the next day. My appointment was at 2 o’clock and they took me back to the room at 2:03.

Everything related to care and communication by Dr Nagda is excellent. It took several messages and calls over 7 business days to reach someone to make my follow up appointment. This type of communication has consistently been a challenge however, I do see progress and improvements. All of the staff this visit were very professional and friendly. Kudos!

Everyone was so nice and friendly and we felt comfort during our visit. Very knowledgeable physician/surgeon who gave me hope !
