I love the Anderson Clinic. There were snafuls because the new office building just opened May 1,my visit was May 30. There are bugs in the system that need worked out and I'm sure everything will be great again. The doctor sincerely apologized.

The doctor is very informative and put your mind at ease. Help you understand what is going on with your body. Listen to your needs and concerns

David was excellent. He answered all my questions and provided clarity going forward. He did all he could to alleviate my concerns.

P.A Christine is so kind, knowledgeable, understanding, patient. She’s able to use her broad knowledge to use ideas that dr. Schipper, who’s also wonderful may have overlooked.From day one, extremely impressed and relieved to finally have correct answers to a 4 yr horrendous ordeal. I appreciate them bothYour administrative employees however, not so much. Sometimes I wait up to an hour on hold. This last scheduling event seemed unusually worse. Called- on hold- put on return call w/ saved place- 45min later return call- asked to make an appointment- put on hold AGAIN- finally gave up after still being on hold for additional 15min. This is 100% unacceptable.Along with negative scheduling expierences the support staff for dr. Schipper are unprofessional. Twice I’ve called asking to leave msg for P.A. The gentleman pretends to send her a msg, I should’ve asked for his name the second time. 3 days go by no call back. I wanted to double check the information was sent, there was no record of any msg being sent to Christine.One time, I can see that as just a mistake on office staff. Twice, same error by same person is not a coincidence. I expressed my frustration to office staff at which point they changed the subject. No explanation. No apology. No resolving of issue. That can not continue in your upscale establishment.Finally, please have a general mailbox for patients to leave msg after 5pm. Not to speak with provider, but to inform next morning staff you will not be able to attend appointment. There’s no form of this in your system.P.A and Dr. Schipper Excellent. Support/administration staff Very Poor.Thank you

Stacy was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable concerning the lower back problems that were described in my MRI explanation. I was very pleased with the suggestions she had and the care she gave.
