Was very impressed with Dr Nagda. Not only was he very personable, but he recommended physical therapy rather than immediately jumping to surgery, even though my shoulder X-rays showed bone on bone. If nothing else the therapy will strengthen my shoulder muscles and should make recovery after surgery quicker.

The visits were great but contacting my Physician’s office was a nightmare. Answering service and callback system was terrible. Not being able to contact the office to get questions answered caused a lot of stress leading up to my surgery. Dr Albrigo and his staff were great and I will recommend them to all my friends. But you need to do a lot of work on your phone system.
