It is almost impossible to make an appointment. I had to call 5 different times before I finally reached someone. I tried leaving my number but never got a call back and I tried making an appointment online but never heard from anyone. I am a returning patient so was willing to keep trying but a new patient would not have bothered

Great Clinic!

It was very difficult to get an appointment. The wait time on the phone was excessive. It took more than two weeks to contact the surgery scheduler and I was only successful in doing that because one of the receptionists finally took pity on me after I left a number of phone messages for the scheduler and gave me their email. It should not have been that difficult!

Dr. Albrigo was wonderful. Listened well & was balanced in the recommendations he gave me—not overstating his confidence in his answers to some of my questions & even calling a radiologist to confirm he was following the latest science around which type of test to order. I admire a doctor with humility like this—makes me trust him more.Unfortunately, I did wait an hour past my appointment time. It would be great to set expectations at check-in if the wait time is going to be longer than 15 minutes.
