Dr Azer and team were and continue to be considerate, thoughtful, informative, and outstanding throughout entire process, procedure and recovery !

Dr Azer is very professional as well as being understandable explaining and showing me on my x-ray what was going on with my knee. He quickly figured it out and explained his plan of action to resolve the issue. I felt at ease now that I know a doctor is taking charge of this.

Everyone was extremely helpful and Dr Gandi was amazing with communication and explaining the situation to us! Don’t know the resolution yet.Admitted to hospital and treatment ongoing.

The Check in-personnel are always polite and make the process easy and quick.PA Lexi was/is wonderful in everything. Her knowledge of my discharge instructions, reach limits and how to adapt the xray equipment was literally what enabled getting the x-rays accomplished.I had walked out in tears, (back to Lexi), as I knew the initial position they wanted me in, wasn't yet possible. The xray techs seemed to lack accommodation knowledge, not listening, and were insistent. I asked the tech several times to tell me where she wanted me, instead of touching and pushing. She distressed me by repeatedly putting her hand and pressure on my surgical shoulder, trying to maneuver me into position. I even had to call it to their attention that they were about to take an xray of the non-surgical shoulder.

It was a pleasure to meet with Kristi Carlini again after a 5-year interval. My right knee brought me back to her for advice, and after thoroughly examining that knee using an impressive x-ray machine , she gave me instructions for P.T. at Anderson Clinic.

I was satisfied with every aspect of my appointment. Easy process and welcoming staff helped to ease my arrival and time.

Scheduling was easy. The reason for my return visit was unclear given that I called to see if I should return with only 4 pt visits. I waited for 90 no toes after my appointment time to see the dr and then the doctor came in and and talked to me without really asking me anything. Rushed after a long wait.
