Scheduling was easy. The reason for my return visit was unclear given that I called to see if I should return with only 4 pt visits. I waited for 90 no toes after my appointment time to see the dr and then the doctor came in and and talked to me without really asking me anything. Rushed after a long wait.

Casey was excellent in diagnosing my issues

I never saw Dr. Azer at the Anderson Clinic. Although I noticed Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield were charged for Dr. Azer and an X-Ray on the same day I saw Casey Ritter. I saw Casey Ritter who is exceptional. She explained to me about driving, when to start PT, and medication and when to move from a walker to a cane. Medicare and Blue Cross were also charged for Casey and an X-Ray which is correct. I would recommend Anderson Clinic because of Casey Ritter. I guess it shows ai did need a referral medical doctor at the clinic.

There was a mix up with my appointment time, I had 9:45, when I arrived they said it was 10:45 but not to worry they would get me in. I was not called back until 10:50 for an X-ray. Then waited until 11:40 to see the doctor. Doctor was fine, spent less than 5 mins with him while waiting hours.

Anderson Clinic is an outstanding provider in Arlington with clinical care, imaging and therapy all under one roof. The staff is well-trained, courteous and able to independently problem-solve. As a patient, all those factors add up to a first-class healing environment.
