One of the ladies at front desk belched and did not say excuse me. Thought unprofessional. Also was given another patient’s PT order which strikes me as careless. I liked Dr Hubbard but need to see if what he told me to do and follow up is good! X-ray technician was very nice.

Dr. Mckay sat down with me and showed me both my x-rays from 2023 and the one just taken his office, on January 23, 2026. We also looked at a CAT scan with contrast. He explained my bone and a part of my hip structure had actually gotten stronger. Where a space had been more open is now closed. He also explained why I seemed to have a sense of cooking with my hip. At this point, I am much relieved,, as I was worried about that and some discomfort. All in all, I just have to keep my hip exercise going strong. And as of recently, being on travel had not been engaging enough with my exercise.Dr. McAsey is always pleasant to speak with and makes sure all your questions are answered.

The process to get an appointment could not have been easier. And the efficiency getting me to the provided was so impressive. And Nicholas Ridolfi was great - took the time to ask questions, listen to my responses, and provide a very clear description of the path forward.

Martell (PA) is very patient and kind.

Both my legs are in braces. I could not sit down for the entire visit. Dr. Pickett help me lay on his table. I recommend a bar stool that is secured. (Will not move) this is why I gave a 4 above. I highly recommend because not many people are in my situation.
