The PA that I met with was excellent.

I chose Anderson over Ortho Virginia because I thought the process, the information, and the background and approach from my surgeon l, Dr. Narvaez, were superior. My surgeon's PAC, NicknRidolfi was also excellent. Both Very informative and thorough. However, I think you need to do a better job with the coordination and organization of your written materials.Surgery packet was good, but looked like it was originally created in 1989. Post Op written instructions leaving the clinic were WEAK. They kept referring me back to the email packet that I had received, but I was the one that had the packet in my email not my husband and he was my caretaker. Giving us some written instructions would've been nice. In the surgery clinic the nurse (who was wonderful) was giving me a lot of information about how to clean the wound, etc. but that was not written anywhere. Lastly, I had hamstring repair surgery and no one can give me a written physical therapy protocol for hamstring repair surgery… On one visit I got one for hip replacement and on another visit I got one for quadriceps repair… Those are different surgeries with different protocols. My physical therapist had to go digging and do research. I would prefer knowing that the protocol I'm using has been specifically blessed by my doctor. It's not a big deal. I'll figure it out but it's left a bit of a gray hole in the whole process. Overall, I still think I would recommend Anderson… The approach is much more personable, well-rounded, attentive,and less of a robotic machine than Ortho Virginia.

Dr Gandhi listens to my concerns and shows great care in addressing them. I didn’t answer question 4 because I am a prior patient.

I went to the walk-in clinic and expected that I might have to wait hours to be fit in but my experience was wonderful getting checked in quickly and seen in less than an hour. Everything about my visit was quick, professional, and easy. Thank you.

Dr. Ghandi was very caring and thoroughly explained my problem and course of treatment.
