Dr Fricka is an amazing doctor he told me what cause my problem and explained me the options I have to deal with my problem. Excellent orthopedic doctor.

You need to clarify who is accepted as a walk in. I was turned away because I had been seen Friday night at patient first. If I had known that was a factor I would’ve called for a regular appointment instead of driving from Woodbridge to Arlington.

I struggle greatly with communication between visits. It is as though there is a wall around directly communicating with the doctor or his staff. I have tried using the online portal to send messages but I don’t get replies. I also get weird emails saying that I have a new document waiting in the portal but when I go there, no new documents are available. Why have the online portal if is it not checked regularly and used as a means to communicate? If it is only for billing, please say so.

Great doctor/patient interaction

I was able to be seen by one of the PAs the same day, and was given a thorough evaluation and referral for subsequent PT.

Dr Ryan Hubbard is amazing and has used the least invasive procedures to eliminate my knee pain and heal my carpal tunnel. I am absolutely pain-free and my quality of life is the best it has ever been since my 60s. Not only is he brilliant, but he is far ahead of most sports medicine physicians in the field. I’m continually pleased with all the least invasive procedures he employs. After being told a year ago by another surgeon that my only option was total knee replacement, I was fortunate to find Dr Hubbard. I can now zip up and down stairs and do all the exercises I’ve done for years. Quality of life is everything and I will be forever grateful to Dr Hubbard and the fine professionals at the Anderson Clinic!
