I have coming to Anderson Clinic for over 20 years, always had excellent doctors and service

Dr Branch took time to explain the problem and the resolution. It was like talking to a trusted friend. He took time to answer all of my questions without rushing to his next appointment.

I had to remind staff that I needed X-rays for upcoming surgery. Then was told I need CT scans ASAP. Post-op follow-up was made on wrong date and needed to be changed. Consultation fee should have been discussed earlier, came as a surprise. Visit seemed a bit rushed. I like my doctor and am willing to tolerate some disorganization. I’m a retired nurse, so I can live with it. But some other elderly patients may need more time to be spent with them.

Both Dr Nagda and his assistant Lexi were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything with great clarity.

Very professional staff. All questions answered and I didn't feel rushed.
