Your walk-in clinic is a very good idea, allowing people to avoid the ER where I would’ve had to wait an hour or more for this type of appointment. Personally, I would’ve liked to have seen the walk-in clinic hours extended a little bit towards 5 pm, or at least 4 PM,if possible

I appreciated the time and attention to my concerns. With more pain, I wanted to know how the arthritis was progressing, and wondered if I should be doing something to help myself. PT was suggested.

Dr Ghandi and his staff are awesome! You are welcomed with a smile from the front desk staff and your wait time is minimal . The waiting rooms are clean. The medical staff that assist you before you are seen by the doctor take their time and make you feel at ease while you wait for the doctor. Dr Ghandi is super nice. He listened and answered all my questions.

They don’t hesitate to take their time to answer questions you might have. They are efficient, kind and provide excellent care.

Could use some follow up instructions or information on the procedure received.

I trust Dr Nagdha implicitly. He is personable, professional and I think the best orthopedic shoulder surgeon in the DC metro area. He originally operated on my right shoulder (which was very successful) but when I tore my left shoulder he advised first trying PT, which worked. I also originally chose him for my surgery because he worked with me on the best anesthesia for my surgery. He determines, working with you, the best course of treatment for each PATIENT.
