The woman who took x-rays of my knee at the beginning of my visit was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a doctor's office. I've never been treated so poorly by a technician. I don't know her name, but her hair was colored fuchsia and she possibly weighed 400 pounds. Maybe she was having a bad day, but you don't take it out on patients. She knew she was wrong and tried to make it up, but the damage had been done and all I wanted was to get away from her as soon as I could.It reflects poorly on the office, but I don't want it to reflect poorly on Kristin Carlini, who is a 10 on a 5 point scale. I wanted to mention how I was treated to Kristin, but I just didn't want to "be that patient." However, it's stuck with me and obviously bothers me since I'm sharing it in this survey. I hope to goodness I don't have to interact with this woman ever again and it's quite possible that I will try to get into one of your other offices instead of Arlington because of her.

I have needed the services of the Anderson Clinic for surgical procedures three times now. I have complete faith and trust in their clinicians. If you have to have this type of work done I highly recommend Dr. Narvaez and all of their staff.

I scheduled this visit and arrive 15 minutes early. There was one other person in the waiting room with me. She was called after 10 minutes. I then waited an additional one and a half hours. As other people came to the waiting room, they were served first.
