I have been a patient seen a few time over 7 years. Always impressed, but this was the first time that I felt physician staff were cold and dismissive— apparently because scheduled didn’t follow an administrative procedure. I felt like I was being blamed. It was disappointing because the one other time I met with the surgeon’s assistant she had been great. Everyone has bad days I guess.

I made this appointment because I potentially injured my shoulder. I saw the doctor and he ordered X-rays. Since that appointment, the pain has continued and I will be monitoring it and using ice. If it gets worse I will follow back up with Dr. Narvaez.

This was the worst visit. I had a 2:30 pm appt scheduled. I waited until 4:00 pm before I was informed the doctor was running 90 minutes behind. Had I know that I would have canceled the appt and saved my leave request from work.
