This was the worst visit. I had a 2:30 pm appt scheduled. I waited until 4:00 pm before I was informed the doctor was running 90 minutes behind. Had I know that I would have canceled the appt and saved my leave request from work.

Dr. Azer's staff is EXCELLENT too to bottom. I have the utmost confidence in them all. Dr. Azer is an excellent surgeon and Casey is wonderful.

Unfortunately, this clinic and Dr Azar was referred to me with one of my friends .and I had a surgery back in January 2, 2024 with Dr Azar ,and from that moment my life being upside down.🙃first of all They’re supposed to keep me in hospital for one week .!!and maximum end up with one day and a half.& They’re supposed to keep me in rehab for four week.They keep me one week.From the beginning, I asked them if they do give me any antibiotic for prevention of infection after surgery .!they said no,whatever they given you on surgery room,that is enough for you.And I keep telling them I have an infection and they no you don’t have infection,said can see it in my blood 🩸!& they did not see it in my blood 🩸even when I was in rehab I did asked them again,They refused to give me antibiotic .and they didn’t pay attention to my infection. Almost after seven week of my surgery I had follow up appointment with Dr. Azar & in same day when I sit on the toilet ,My infection starting to come out from my knee !!and when I met him, he was surprised seeing the infection.!!and I told him , I’m been telling you guys over the month that I have infection , and nobody pay attention.Even the day they want to release me from rehab,still my knee was bleeding and I showed it to his assistant and told her my knee is still bleeding 🩸??She said oh don’t worry about it. just Don’t touch it !!couple days later blood and infection was mixed and the color changed to yellowish.!I make appointment & went in again and I asked them again for treatment for infection,and they said again,don’t touch it don’t worry about it.And what happened seven weeks later?!!infection is starting to come out from my knee.!and I got treated by antibiotic for one week and after one week still my knee is not healed,I called in again and I said still I have infection,should I have another prescription? They said no that is enough.. one week after that conversation, I had appointment with Dr Azar for follow up and he prescribe me antibiotic for another week.!!and in same time,I told him what is wrong with you guys??when I called in and asked for antibiotic they said is enough for me .!! and now you give me antibiotic again.??Long story short ,it’s been almost two years ,I did every possibility to help myself,almost 6 months physical therapy,pain management,lidocaine therapy another 2 months physical therapy.!!and using a lot of painkiller, and eventually my primary doctor warning me to do not use painkiller !!!because that is affect my kidney and my liver.!!and now the wrong thing is he cut my knee in wrong angle, and make my knee bow out.!I had a straight leg,I don’t have it anymore. !!now I cannot bend my knee,My knee is still swelling,and I have so much pain and nobody take any responsibility..you guys have all information!!I went to several different Doctor and all of them supporting each other.They know that something is wrong 😑 but they are not going to admitted .!!this doctor ruining my life.and my movement and my range of motion!The purpose of having surgery is to having better quality of life .!!not somebody ruining your life.

Dr. Nagda great surgery for Wright rotator cuff I recovered well. Having new shoulder pain on the left with a new small tear. He recommended plasma injection, happy that first step is not surgery. Listened to my concerns and function goals.

Over the years that I have been a patient there ( more than a decade) I find that staff and surgeons have increased and services have expanded making it easier to seek attention on multiple medical issues.

Everything has proceeded nicely throughout the various stages of the operation. Anderson has taken the initiative to schedule appointments and provide medicine.

I have suffered from chronic back pain for the last 10 years. I have seen countless doctors - from pain specialist to orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons. I had needless surgery in January of 2025 and the surgery was a complete failure. I came to Dr Wallach for a second opinion and I'm so thankful that I did. He is head and shoulders above the doctors I have seen. He genuinely wants to help me by talking with me and listening to my woes. He explains clearly everything he is doing and why.
