I searched for an orthopedic clinic after having a terrible experience with my Kaiser provider. Booking an appointment for my broken ankle was easy. The location is easily accessible with plenty of parking. The team was extremely friendly, prompt and, informative. I especially appreciated the genuine demonstration of care the team exhibited when I needed to walk or do something that make agitate my ankle.dr.Martelle was friendly, professional and informative. Also seeing an inclusive and diverse team was a delight and immediately made me feel more comfortable.

Wait time was really long that day - more than 45 minutes to get to X-ray. I understand that delays happen but there was no communication until I inquired as to when I would get seen. Normally this practice runs very close to on time so this was really noticeable.

Was quickly seen for X-rays and the intake person. Took longer than expected to see the PA, Annie Davis but she was friendly, Efficient, answered all my questions.

After I submitted, the system deleted all of my entered feedback to instead of allowing me to answer an overlooked question.
