All the staff provided outstanding customer service. Dr. Azer is outstanding. He is one of the best doctors I have had during my lifetime. He is friendly, respectful and the utmost professional.

Everything involving a human has been terrific. Your IT however is horrible. I have been trying to log in to the patient portal for a week. New email, different browsers and all I get is error messages. Horribly frustrating as I want to have my x-rays and communication with my PA.

All my questions were answered.

Henry is in a lot of pain in left leg. Problems with scheduling MRI. Finally got appt scheduled for Sunday at 5 pm in Leesburg Hospital, 27 miles from our home. Today, he fell in our bedroom and he’s in Fairfax hosp for evaluation. High heart rate.

The front desk ladies were the sweetest, funniest people I’ve ever met. The whole check in process was filled with funny jokes and lively, kind women.

I normally have an appointment, but on Tuesday, May 27h, I made a walk-in visit and saw the orthopedic PA assigned that day to see walk-in patients. She gave me a comprehensive exam of my left knee to include range-of-motion movements, and confirmed that I should continue the icing regimen on my left knee as long as needed. She also reassured me that the X-rays taken at the beginning of my visit, before I saw her, showed swelling from a fall a few days before, but did not show any fracture of my left patella or other bony structures in or around my left knee.
