I was able to see a provider promptly. She was informed about my retired surgeon. Upon examination I was assured that implant was in good shape and my issue was elsewhere. She prescribed a treatment plan and a follow up. She was efficient, thorough, informed, professional and friendly.

I appreciated the time the doctor took to give me a complete explanation of my hands and what to expect with surgery. He also gave me his recommendation of what he would do which allayed my fears and encouraged me to seek his expertise when my hands become more painful.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else.I saw his assistant Casey today for another problem and she was fantastic. Very professional and friendly, she diagnosed the problem and took great care of me.From the time I entered the beautiful offices I had great service. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to help you in an efficient and thorough manner. I checked in, walked to the waiting room and they called me in for X-rays almost immediately. The X-ray team was very friendly, professional and efficient. I was seen by the doctor almost immediately and the X-rays were up on the screen when she entries the room. I couldn’t have asked for better service!The offices are spacious, clean and beautiful!I highly recommend Anderson Clinic, Dr Azer and Casey.

Whenever Dr. Fricka is unavailable, I always ask for David, who ought to be a doctor/surgeon. He is very professional and knows what he’s talking about; always prescribing just the right treatment. 😊
