All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and Shirley Lazaro addressed all of my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable and confident about my recovery.

Shirley Lazaro was patient, clear w info. Didn't like what she has to say as had a set back but gave info in supportive way.

The tablet was very slow & frustrating. Several times it said it was disconnected & would not load the screen. If something was tapped before it fully loaded it would glitch ahead & we had to wait for that screen to load before we could go back to fix the previous screen. Other than that it was a great experience with wonderful provider & staff.
