Dr Gallagher is very nice and clear.

My pocketbook went missing. Had it in exam room, had it in Ladies Room. Only 2 possibilities: I put it on my rollator seat and it was taken in the elevator; I left it in the Ladies Room. There were only 2 other people on the elevator, the woman was a patient of the practice. The desk helped me search the Ladies Room, it wasn’t there. I had left less than 10 minutes before and no one turned it in. Either way someone who is a patient or some lay person was involved.

Very helpful to have two doctors provide views.
