It all was great

We love Dr. Branch. His has done great surgery on both my wife and myself.

They told me they could use the xray that I had on my VHC app, but they couldn’t so I needed to have a second one done by them. My impression has been that doctors who share the same computer system are better able to make decisions, and being able to link to the VHC and NOVA system would prevent duplication of resources.

Very easy process from start to finish. Excellent providers and staff.

Peak efficiency much appreciated. I had scheduled two separate appointments for each shoulder days apart. One of Dr. Nagda’s staff noticed it when I was at my first appointment and offered to get it all done in one appointment. Very happy about that.

Everything was great, except for Tammy at Capital Orthopaedic Surgery Center. She is awful. To the point where I would think twice about having anything done at this facility in the future. She abrupt, condescending, unfriendly, and unhelpful.
