Excellent service

Very professional and courteous staff from Reception desk, X- Ray technicians, Nurse Practioner, scheduling staff to Doctor himself. My doctor is Dr. Samir Nagda and I would highly recommend him for shoulder surgeries and aftercare follow up visits. He listens to you, sits down and really is there for you during ur visit. I never feel rushed and I like it.

There was a mistake made on the CT scan order. Priority was set to "normal" rather than the needed "Stat". A call to your office quickly corrected the problem and we were able to get the CT scan yesterday. The problem resolution was quick and well done.

I asked for a foot specialist when I made the appointment but I was seeing by a nurse assistant because the foot specialist comes on Thursday. I wasn’t told that. At least I had an X-ray and no broken bones.

Dr. Nagda, Kelly, and the x-ray and front office staff were superb.I always feel well cared for, well educated, and placed at ease by Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic staff and physical therapy staff.The quality is unbelievable.

Dr. Branche is amazing!!! He is kind, considerate, patient, and has tremendous bedside manner! I love his old school medicine approach in that he feels humor is the best medicine! As a nurse myself, I can respect that tremendously.
