My visit with Andersen Cinic was great, I was given an order for an MRi and and order for a lumbar steroid epidural and gave me order for it to be done downstairs at the National pain and spine center after I had MRI. I had MRi next morning and tried to make appt with the pain and spine center for Epudurall, they would not give me appt for epidural but would give me an appt for evaluation on Dec 10 then they will set up a spot for epidural. When I asked them to make that appt now as well they said they couldn’t because they didn’t know what kind of procedure to make it for. I said very clearly several times I have an order for a lumbar steroid epidural but they still won’t make an appt till I come in on 12/10 for Eval. Meanwhile I can’t barely walk due to lack of movement in my leg from existing lumbar radiculopathy which I had 3 years ago with 100 resolution to pain, decreased movement for 3 years

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Wallach was personable and thorough and listened to all my symptoms and concerns. I appreciate that he was conservative in the treatments he ordered. His PA Donna was also very nice, professional and thorough.

They had no record of my appointment. They failed to update appointment charge.However, they did fit me in with only a small wait.

Dr Gandhi is very professional and thorough. He listened to my concerns and then offered his opinion of the situation with a range of solutions. He has a very kind and approachable manner. I feel confident in his care.

They have a very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The surgeons are the best in the business…..period!

Dr. Ghazal is such a competent, caring, compassionate pain manager.

Nick Ridolfi is absolutely awesome. He is knowledgeable and is excellent at sharing that knowledgeable. He discussed my problems in a way that were easy for me to understand. He really is a great PA! Everyone at Anderson is thoughtful, pleasant and extremely helpful. Thank you all for doing such a terrific job!!

Most impressive. Ran like clockwork. Everyone was so pleasant from check in to X-ray to NP.I would definitely recommend the Clinic. I had to go to Anderson Clinic per Goodwin House instructions to qualify for a new wheelchair with Medicare help. Plus I’ve been familiar with the clinic since high school. I attended St. Agnes with Sally Engh.

Everyone I had contact with was extremely professional and personable. I could not have wished for more.
