Dr. Saddler was excellent! He reviewed my MRI and X-rays, as well as previous surgery records, and suggested a plan of care.

I deeply appreciate the kindness and grace extended to me throughout the process. In our crazy world, kindness is oftentimes omitted but it makes a world of difference, for us all. Dr. G at the Anderson orthopedic clinic runs on time almost all the time. He discusses the reason. I’m there, shows me the x-rays, explains the x-rays, and lets me know if there are any restrictions in activity. Then, he asks if I have any questions or concerns. He answers any and all questions I have, even if it takes a while. Dr. G is always professional, polite, courteous, and patient with me. I am super happy that he is my orthopedist and orthopedic surgeon.

Qualification of staff and quality of treatment is outstanding. My experience was seriously degraded because my appointment was for 9:30, and I was not seen until 10:45. I was left alone for long stretches. No explanation was given for the delay. I believe your organization can do better.

Only difficulty encountered was in physician availability due to provider's scheduled vacation. Did choose provider on his return, but at greatly distant location due to lack of availability until end of December at location closest to me. However, glad that I waited on provider in establishing care.
