Always excellent, I’m never disappointed. My wife and I have both had a hip and knee replaced by Dr Hamilton. I can’t recommend him and his staff highly enough, absolutely first rate!

I have never attended a healthcare appointment where the receptionist had a mouth full of food and looked me like I was a bit of dirt on her shoe until today. When I said I was here for an appointment, she raised her eyebrows at me because her mouth was full - I wasn't sure what that meant so eventually I said my name. I assume she checked me off the list although there was no confirmation of this and then she pointed to the chairs. It was downright rude. I felt like I almost needed to apologise for gatecrashing their lunch club because I was clearly an interruption. The checkout process at reception was marginally better (she had finished her lunch) but it certainly wasn't welcoming, friendly or a happy experience.

Very relaxing location and the people who have helped me each time are excellent, from the front desk to the X-ray technicians to the assistants and the doctor. It was an excellent visit at this office, as well as the surgical center. Thank you

I was so impressed by the amount of time the physician took to explain and show me pictures as what happened to my knee
