I wished Dr. Hamilton worked from the Fairfax location as well. Had to travel about an hour for the appointments and surgery, but was willing since I wanted the best!

Karie was wonderful and answered all my questions and concerns. She made excellent recommendations of which I decided to take one.

He said he would write a script to me to go get an MRI. I explained to my doctor that I needed an authorization for an MRI, Tricare doesn't accept scripts anymore. I explained that. He acknowledged it. He then left the room and sends his assistant in with a script for an MRI. So I explained it to her. She said she would work on it. I am still waiting.

Dr Hubbard is an amazing doctor with a great bed side manner and explains everything he is doing so you don’t have any questions when you leave.

Kari K. Provided me with very helpful information to help me with recovery expectations & my current status. She also listened to my complaints about Anderson clinic's issues with delayed responses ( or none!!) prior to and following surgery out of Anderson 's central office. My experience has been a perfect storm" of bad issues, which is Not my experience 1-1/2 yrs ago. I would consider a different clinic, if necessary in the future, as an alternative. ( Manassas- I've heard my peers rave about, as I did t I them, at that time@Anderson C.) That said, My surgery I think went very well. I'd still recommend Dr.Hamilton and Kari K...but not the communication in a timely manner, as it should have when I broke out in a rash, called the office & the nurse who was sent the information did not respond for 4-1/2 hrs via computer ( & ththen called 1 hr latet: to say it wasn't a " big deal": as I told her, " maybe not to you but I'm the patient & I suspended as many anti- pain meds as possible, throwing off my schedule of meds every 6 or 8hrs..." I had to medication decision on my own. IF you are taking in more patient's you Need to have more understanding & knowledgeable staff you main the calls/"Force" messaging. This is a huge failure on Anderson Clinic's part of Patient Care. Current, David Villegas via Force has been responsive to info & questions. I am making decisions on my own about my pain management, thru others, that is faster, or based upon my last knee surgery. Because I'm extremely upset with my communication attempts prior to surgery and immediately afterwards, I am making my own decisions based on others suggestions, from my 1st and current knee surgery, as delayed timing seems to be a big issue coming from your end of any communication from me. I want it more immediate. I am the Patient. You are the Provider. ( preferably sooner than...Late(r).
