Kari K. Provided me with very helpful information to help me with recovery expectations & my current status. She also listened to my complaints about Anderson clinic's issues with delayed responses ( or none!!) prior to and following surgery out of Anderson 's central office. My experience has been a perfect storm" of bad issues, which is Not my experience 1-1/2 yrs ago. I would consider a different clinic, if necessary in the future, as an alternative. ( Manassas- I've heard my peers rave about, as I did t I them, at that time@Anderson C.) That said, My surgery I think went very well. I'd still recommend Dr.Hamilton and Kari K...but not the communication in a timely manner, as it should have when I broke out in a rash, called the office & the nurse who was sent the information did not respond for 4-1/2 hrs via computer ( & ththen called 1 hr latet: to say it wasn't a " big deal": as I told her, " maybe not to you but I'm the patient & I suspended as many anti- pain meds as possible, throwing off my schedule of meds every 6 or 8hrs..." I had to medication decision on my own. IF you are taking in more patient's you Need to have more understanding & knowledgeable staff you main the calls/"Force" messaging. This is a huge failure on Anderson Clinic's part of Patient Care. Current, David Villegas via Force has been responsive to info & questions. I am making decisions on my own about my pain management, thru others, that is faster, or based upon my last knee surgery. Because I'm extremely upset with my communication attempts prior to surgery and immediately afterwards, I am making my own decisions based on others suggestions, from my 1st and current knee surgery, as delayed timing seems to be a big issue coming from your end of any communication from me. I want it more immediate. I am the Patient. You are the Provider. ( preferably sooner than...Late(r).

Getting in touch with office for a appointment not good but the care support and knowledge of Martelle Blaine was outstanding. The time she takes to explain your condition and explain all options is unbelievable she makes you feel as if you are her only patient.

Your green plastic "check in " information computer notebook is not an efficient format for your patients to give their medical/health history. Too much non-relavant information wanted unrelated to the problem. Not enough flexibility in answering questions. Really an inadequent approach for the results that you want. It's terrible for the patient to try to get through the process; it's so difficult & inadequate for patient responses. PLEASE, create a better way for all concerned. Do not ask for the patients "real" Social Security Number. There is a 2nd one SS has given US citizens. Use that. I've had several doctors offices patients SSN and medical records stolen, which included mine also!
