Friendly, kind and be professional staff

The PA - Nick - was excellent. Friendly, knows his stuff. I did on-line check in via the app. Okay, but I really don’t like being directed to an online portal. I had difficulty getting a date for PT at either your Mt Vernon or Lorton facilities. First open date is approximately a month from now. Not good. And not reflected in the marks that I have given here related to my visit this morning.

I’ve been an established patient for several years. Three other family members have also used Anderson Orthopedics.
