Per my above visit with Dr Narvaez, he recommended a steroid injection from Dr Hubbard. I was on hold for over 33 mins, just trying to schedule that appt. I saw that there was an online appt request form, which I did fill out, and did get a call back at 5:00 pm, that day, and did get scheduled. Perhaps, you could give callers an estimate of where they are in line, or approximate how long they will be on hold, instead of having them wait in limbo and then ultimately giving up. Just a suggestion.
