I have CareFirst, the receptionist was unable to run my insurance. When I contacted my insurance, they found out many in northern Virginia mistakenly get billed to Anthem out of Richmond, instead of CareFirst out of Kentucky. Luckily your billing dept knew to try CareFirst out of Kentucky.

I have been to another orthopedic office that does urgent care hours a few times and my experience at Anderson far exceeded my experience elsewhere. It felt like I had been going to McDonalds all my life and just discovered the perfect local cafe. Everyone was amazing and I will be following up with the doctor I saw there.

The staff up front are caring and kind. The doctors are also caring and listen to what I say. I feel safe here and know that my knee will heal completely over time.
