Best initial medical visit I have ever experienced !

The doctors and assistants have been top notch. Couldn't ask for better care. My former orthopedist (Dr. Michael Cassidy who has retired) thought very highly of your clinic.

Professional aspects - excellent. Front desk, radiology, PA, patient hand--off excellent. As a prior patient, tablet sign-in not so good. Most of the data requested already exists at the Mt. Vernon location and possibly at Lorton from prior services. Some of the software seemed to be lacking in logic or clarity. Occasionally redundant or repetitious (or maybe a user issue). Some of the data requested seems superfluous, like data for data's sake or for use as part of an unspecified research information trove.

Excellent bed side manner from the staff. Especially Emily and Marie. Love those ladies!!!

I wished Dr. Hamilton worked from the Fairfax location as well. Had to travel about an hour for the appointments and surgery, but was willing since I wanted the best!
