Dr Hubbard is GREAT!!

Afterwards I was feeling a bit confused because Dr Nagda said I had frozen shoulder instead of rotator cuff tendonitis. This seemed to be different than what the MRI indicated .Also, after I looked up frozen shoulder online it appears worse prognostically than rotator cuff tendonitis especially stating that it can last up to two years and can get worse over time. This was very discouraging to me. I need to talk further with Dr.Nagda about this diagnosis.

Every employee is always cheerful and knowledgeable and Dr. Schipper’s whole team have been wonderful through all my ankle troubles the last 3 years!

Staff very friendly, helpful, listened, answered questions, explained procedures, gave helpful information, eased concerns. Dr. McAsey was very attentive to my concerns, questions, discussed treatment, showed me knee replacement, how it would work. Excellent care from everyone.

Something needs to be done about ease of contact. Dr asked me to schedule a procedure with another member of team. Tried the entire day to get someone to pick up the phone. On hold all day the next day got procedures scheduled now I have a question about the procedure and once again can’t get anyone in the phone been on hold all morning listening to your recording. Starting to think there are benefits of going to a smaller practice if you can get them on the phone and have your questions answer and ease of making an appointment
