Per my above visit with Dr Narvaez, he recommended a steroid injection from Dr Hubbard.I was on hold for over 33 mins, just trying to schedule that appt. I saw that there was an online appt request form, which I did fill out, and did get a call back at 5:00 pm, that day, and did get scheduled. Perhaps, you could give callers an estimate of where they are in line, or approximate how long they will be on hold, instead of having them wait in limbo and then ultimately giving up. Just a suggestion.

I requested a special doctor based on his bio and our wish was granted.

The change in the phone system still needs some tweaking. It can be very difficult to reach the office without going through the answering service and getting a direct number.

Dr Hubbard provided exceptional service. He was kind and explained the procedure fully. His procedure removed the severe pain I was experiencing.

My husband and I have dealt with Anderson Clinic for a number of situations. We have been impressed every time.

The staff was Great.

All my arthritic needs I know I can get from the Anderson Clinic. I am glad I can get the gel injections in Lorton now.

The staff covered everything in preparation for my surgery. All questions were answered to my satisfaction.
