Friendly staff and minimum wait time

Why am I asked to complete 4-5 pages of paperwork every time I come into the office. Complete waste of paper and time. Maybe ask the question if any of my information has changed since my last visit.

The experience was handled very professionally from start to finish, once in the facility. I have seen several Dr's at Anderson Clinic and each has been exceptional. We have lived in the northern Va.area since 1982 and have used other Orthopedic Clinics. None compare with the professionalism and communications I encountered at Anderson Clinic. The only shortcoming being easily scheduling an appointment by telephone, the wait times can be staggering. I tried their call back twice and never got a call. This would have been all stars except for the phone scheduling challenge.

I was very pleased with the promptness that the office displayed. Also, I was impressed with Emily listening to my concerns for what brought me to the practice. She explained to me the steps that will be taken to hopefully get me back to feeling better.
