I especially comment the receptionist and Dr. seidel‘s Assistant India for going over and above expectations. Dr. Seidel was Patient and offered me several possible options to help reduce my neck pain. He set up a followup appt to check whether PT and a steroid treatment was working. If Not he has a second step in mind. I truly enjoyed my visit and am hopeful for a resolution.

I have a very rare disease & have been fighting to get medical help for over 6 yrs, I lose most of my fights, but I am very lucky to be a patient of Dr Ghazal, he is probably the only dr I have had that I fully trust to have my best interest at all times. Dr Ghazal works thoughtfully & logically to try and do what he can to treat me, he is my best and most knowledgable advocate to help work through my case collaborating with other drs. Dr Ghazal’s team are conscientious, competent, compassionate, patient and efficient. Every great dr has a great team to provide patient care, you cannot have one without the other & I think that the office staff is often undervalued & overlooked when they are the gateway to the medical practitioners. I would be remiss to not mention the rest of the medical staff too, PA’s & NP’s who work to thoughtfully listen to patients complaints speak with them to dive into what their history, symptoms & experiences are so that they can prepare Dr Ghazal get up to speed on each patient before he ever even meets them for the 1st time, the entire team makes you feel special & like you are their only patient because they seem to actually know you, which is unheard of these days in the American healthcare system, I trust these people with my life & am grateful every day knowing they allow me to be their patient.

Dr, Ghazal is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He never makes the appointment feel rushed. He takes his time and explains your situation to you and all the options in detail. I have never had a doctor spend as much time with me as Dr. Ghazal has. He genuinely cares about the success of your treatment and his follow up is equally outstanding.

The Reston facility is bright and spacious. The care I receive receive from Dr. Ghazal is always excellent and the staff is always professional and helpful.

I gave a 2 because only the front office guy checking me in was pleasant. Dr. Edgar’s nurse assistant with blonde hair at the Reston office had very poor bedside manner. She is not pleasant at all and cannot be bothered with anyone. I felt I was treated like a check in a box rather than a person that is in pain trying to get back to my normal life. I felt like I was barely heard, rushed to get out of there and no one could be bothered to help me. These people need to remember we are not just a number, we are people in pain and looking for help and some empathy. I will not be going back to that Reston Office location.
