Check in was quick and easy, scheduling was easy but procedure is not done yet. I thought i would have the surgery at Reston hospital. Maybe after the procedure is done. I could recommend the Anderson Clinic.

The dr. Preformomg the radiofrquency ablation was top notch. Reception at in take desk was cold unfriendly . Information given by nursing team did not match what was going to happen on first vidit...didnot asking I was on blood thinner which caused a severe problem. I had to become angry to get things cleared up . When i came back for the actual procedure atmosphere after the weekend was professional..attentive... and prompt. I don't like having to get angry To make myself heard. I don't likebeing told wrong info and then the staff becoming offensive to make it seem like it was my mistake. When the info came to light about the blood thinners it became obvious it was the intake nurse's mistske.
