Very clean and good parking

This was not a good visit. It started from the check in process where I was clearly bothering the front desk staff. No hello, no greeting, I stood there for an awkwardly long time before the staff member even acknowledged I was there. When he did speak to me, he couldn’t bother to look up from his computer. This set the tone for the visit.More concerning was the complete lack of empathy or concern shown by the medical staff for my condition. After communicating in detail the issue to the nurse, she left and did not return. The doctor walked in and then asked me to repeat everything I had just told the nurse. You have got to be kidding me. I just find this very disrespectful of my time and the underlying chronic condition I was there to seek treatment for.The doctor was particularly disappointing. After walking him through the issue, where his bedside manner communicated very clearly I was wasting him time, the session ended in about five minutes with a curt “get an MRI and come back.” No acknowledgment of the pain I was in. No treatment or assistance. No attempt and diagnosing or helping. Five minutes. It took longer to get the X-rays. In reflecting on this visit, I just feel that the care I received was very dismissive, contemptuous, and at best could be considered fast food medicine. The goal in my opinion was to get me out of there as fast as possible while collecting my copay. It most certainly was not a focus on quality care.In the end, I suppose I owe Anderson Clinics an apology for coming in. On reflecting on my visit it is clear that I should not have sought treatment here as I very clearly was wasting the everyone’s time from the moment I walked in.Ultimately, I will be seeking treatment else where.

Dr. Edgar was very professional and explained the entire process to me. Seems very caring, gentle with the process (carpal tunnel), and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend him to my friends! Everything he mentioned (healing, pain, etc.) has been right on schedule. I’m healing nicely and have had no problems.
