I needed a cheaper unitI didn’t. I moved to a cheaper unit

Nothing really. Just moved to the more permanent situation.Needed to store some things just to declutter the house we were in temporarily. Super easy all around.

Nothing really. The only issue was the first time I put the wrong type of lock on my unit which resulted and it being broken into. This time I try the rent, a small unit online. It told me the price was 24 when I got to the unit. Well, when I got to the store's facility, the guy told me it was $40 by that time. I hadn't did the process online. Enter my card information. Still don't know if I had been charged yet. But I was very upset and disappointed by seeing one price online. And then being told another price when I arrived at the facilityI never moved in except the first time in 20 I had a storage unit for 2 and a 1/2 years and the reason why I moved out that time is because I had got my apartment and that was just 2 years ago.

Everything was set up great. We loved the truck they provided to move everything out of our house to store our stuff till we sold out place and bought a new place.The customer service is top notch. We stayed in our big storage unit for a little over 4 months.The discount price was extremely affordable. But after that 1st three months price went up and then we jumped on buying a shed to get our stuff out.The price we would have to in October we couldn't afford it. So we are happy with our shed now and we appreciate our storage unit for the time in need of one.Great Place and Safe Place.

Everyone at the office phones and on site was so very helpful. They went out of their way to make moving in and moving out as easy as possible. Such helpful staff!! Thank you!!I moved to Colo from Tx 6 years ago and I had kept furniture and supplies there just in case I needed them for a studio apartment in Canyon. I don't need them anymore, so no longer needed the unit. But it was a great resource for storage and so convenient and friendly.

It was a good experience, but I no longer had the need of storage.No more need for storage
