Tim and his associate (whose name I didn't catch) did an amazing job. They arrived within a few days of me making the maintenance request, made pleasant conversation while here, and even identified and fixed a DIFFERENT problem that I hadn't noticed, even offering to upgrade the relevant appliance as a fix. Tim's work was fast, careful, and outstanding.

Love the apartment and the space ,the parked cars that don’t move could be moved to a location that doesn’t inhabit the parking lot , despite the shooting I have not seen a lot of but maintenance guys seem to have to deal with a lot of trash at the compactor in this community.
