Tim and his associate (whose name I didn't catch) did an amazing job. They arrived within a few days of me making the maintenance request, made pleasant conversation while here, and even identified and fixed a DIFFERENT problem that I hadn't noticed, even offering to upgrade the relevant appliance as a fix. Tim's work was fast, careful, and outstanding.

The team work very well for the roommate and It's was very patient

Staff was very friendly and the property was very well presented.

Management are wonderful! Grounds keeper's are very much appreciated!!! Everyone is very attentive and fast response when issues arise. I love it here!

Love the apartment and the space ,the parked cars that don’t move could be moved to a location that doesn’t inhabit the parking lot , despite the shooting I have not seen a lot of but maintenance guys seem to have to deal with a lot of trash at the compactor in this community.

It’s okay. I thought the second floor apt was all wood but it’s no biggie. The neighbors above me are very nosey especially from midnight to 2 am. Non stop banging and running. But other than that it’s a good apt complex!!!

The staff ...Jason, Shane, Gina, Tim, and MacKenzie, all go over and above their call of duty. They all make a great team and treat their tenants with the utmost respect and fulfill tenants needs in a very timely manner. I would recommend this team to anyone. Thank you all for your services.
