It’s okay. I thought the second floor apt was all wood but it’s no biggie. The neighbors above me are very nosey especially from midnight to 2 am. Non stop banging and running. But other than that it’s a good apt complex!!!

The staff ...Jason, Shane, Gina, Tim, and MacKenzie, all go over and above their call of duty. They all make a great team and treat their tenants with the utmost respect and fulfill tenants needs in a very timely manner. I would recommend this team to anyone. Thank you all for your services.

Great experience when the maintenance technicians came in to replace are sink and door . They did a good job,and very professional,cleaned up after themselves and asked if they could do anything else while they were here. So we would like to give Jason and Tim a big thanks for the great experience with maintenance. Thank u .

I had Tim and Jason come install my dishwasher. There were very nice and professional. Worked great and efficient and also worked with my timing before I had to leave to go to work.

Tim and Jason are fantastic! They are always friendly and courteous. Their work is superb, quick and efficient. They always pick up after themselves. The only way you know they were there is by the work being completed. Amazing team!
