Very pleasant, very knowlegeable staff, friendly atmosphere

There are things that need to be fixed in the apartment. The fan is missing it's hood in the main bathroom, the microwave has a handle that's half broken off, the fan in the dining room stays at one speed, and there are chips around the cabinet doors. Things I didn't expect being they had two weeks to get done before moving into the apartment.

Application process was simple and easy. Mackenzie was great and was able to answer any question and concerns I had. Also she kept me up to date with the move-in timeline as the things was getting done to the apartment prior to move-in.

The unit was very clean upon move in and they made the move in process very easy and smooth. They answered all the questions I had and so far I like all of my neighbors.

The process was easy and professional, I moved in with no issues and love the end unit. After moving in the water heater was not working properly and it was promptly replaced and other minor issues were taken care right away. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I'm sure I will enjoy living here.
