No charging for electronic devicesI was notified when my vehicle was ready after it was driven to area for pick-up. I had to return to the service advisor to have the technician print a new sticker for the next service appt.At the Antwerpen Mitsubishi in Randallstown MD 9400 Liberty Rd location, upon return to my vehicle after my routine service appt, my Government parking sticker #0215 from the Dept of Veterans Affairs was missing from my drivers side window. None of the employees as discussed earlier to include the technician that serviced my vehicle knows what happened to my permit. The Theft was reported to the Dept of Veterans Affairs and the Baltimore County Police Department.Saturday February 28, 2026@0900. 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander was scheduled for a routine maintenance service appt. After the service, I discovered that my Government Parking sticker from the Dept of Veterans Affairs was missing from my lower drivers side window after completion of service appt. The theft has been reported to both the Dept of Veterans Affairs Police Dept & Baltimore County Police Dept.Ensure staff does not remove permits from customers window and take responsibility for theft of permits missing from customers vehicles.

free water would have been nicehad dificulty figuring whA DOOR to pull up to. Had to ask random person outside. Once we got to correct door, I was greeted qat my car in a tiimely manneremployees very professional. disapointed that water wasn't offered except for vending machine, Also disapointed that they didn't put sticker in window for next oil change,
