Grand Prairie Apartments is a great place to live. Everyone and all staff has been so amazing! They’ve helped my fiancé and I with so many of our questions since we are new. Absolutely lovely!

After signing the lease and receiving the keys, I discovered that the apartment was not the same as the one I was shown — it was smaller, and the rooms had no lighting fixtures, something that was never mentioned during the showing. I immediately returned to the leasing office to discuss the issue, but instead of understanding my concern, I was told that I would need to pay a termination fee of over $4,000 to cancel the lease — even though I had not yet moved in and returned the keys right away.This made me feel like the attitude toward me was, “you signed — we gotcha,” rather than an effort to resolve the issue fairly. I trusted that what I was shown represented the actual apartment I would be moving into, and I acted in good faith throughout the process.I’m asking management to reconsider the termination fee and limit it to a reasonable administrative amount (around $300–$350). That would reflect fairness and respect toward tenants, and show that your company values integrity over technicalities.

Very impressed with the professionalism throughout the tour. The apartment was amazing and very spacious for the price (compared to others I had been looking at). The property was very nice and obviously well taken care of.

It was a very easy move in process! Everything was handled seamlessly with paperwork through the app, and we were able to make our apartment feel like home within the day! The grounds were clean upon arrival as they are everyday which is a great feeling for home!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to help us as we are new to town. We moved to Peoria with just the necessities and they let us have items sent to the address the week of our move in date and put them in our apartment for us. We haven't lived in an apartment in almost 30 years but never experienced such a kind, friendly, and helpful staff.

Kelli in the office is amazing and provides top notch customer service. However, I was slightly disappointed when I moved in as some areas of the apartment were much dirtier than expected because I clean when I move on anyway. The cleaning vendor didn't do very well at all. Jason in maintenance is great as well.
